Morgan Williams-Bryant '06 is the Chief Impact Officer for Girl Scouts of Western New York. She is responsible for overall membership: recruitment, retention, volunteer training and girl leadership programs for the nine-county region. Also, as the President of MWB Consulting Services, LLC she focuses on building generations of champions through empowerment & leadership development. She is a dynamic motivational speaker, former college educator and professional trailblazer in Western New York. A proud native of the City of Buffalo, her thought-provoking, eye-opening messages of self-empowerment and leadership has awakened the spirit of her audiences since the age of 15.

Williams-Bryant is a 2019 Young Alumnus award recipient from the State University of New York College at Buffalo, a 2018 Business First Forty Under 40 award recipient, a member of the 2017 Class of Leadership Buffalo, a graduate of the Health Leadership Fellows program, and a 2016 Buffalo Niagara Partnership Young Professional Leadership Award ATHENA Finalist. She serves on the Board of Directors for Leadership Buffalo, is a member of the Say Yes Forever Endowment Committee and volunteers with Make-a-Wish Foundation.
