Elena Balducci

Elena Balducci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in logistics and project management within the humanitarian and medical sectors. Currently serving as Global Logistics Manager at Medair since August 2014, Elena also leads the Logistics Core Unit and has expertise as a Business Process Expert in Medical Logistics and Transport. Prior to this role, Elena worked as a Grant Officer at San Raffaele Biomedical Science Park, overseeing European Union and international funds for medical research projects, and as a Project Manager at AISPO, managing medical projects in various global contexts. Elena holds an Advanced Studies degree in Humanitarian Logistics and Management from USI Università della Svizzera italiana, along with various certifications in emergency response and medical logistics.
