Takunda Muchemwa is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in digital transformation and capability management. Currently serving as Global IT Digital Transformation Manager at Medair since August 2022, Takunda previously held the position of Engagement Manager, IT Capability Management at World Vision from July 2021 to July 2022. An accomplished leader, Takunda spent over 15 years at World Vision Zimbabwe in various roles including IT Team Lead, ICT Coordinator, ICT Systems Administrator, and MIS Technician. Earlier in the career, Takunda worked as a Technical Support Analyst and Desktop Security Specialist at Delta Beverages Pvt Ltd and as a Clearing Clerk at Metropolitan Bank of Zimbabwe Limited. Takunda holds a Master of Science in Big Data Analytics from Chinhoyi University of Technology and has multiple qualifications in computing and social media marketing from various institutions including the University of Portsmouth and NCC Education.
