Pete Ramadanovic has a strong background in purchasing and management roles within the homebuilding industry. Pete most recently worked as the Vice President of Purchasing at Medallion Home. Prior to that, Pete served as the General Manager and also held a Purchasing and Estimating role at Broadstreet Homes, Inc. Pete also worked as the Purchasing Manager at M/I Home, Inc., the Director of Purchasing at Benchmark Communities LLC, the Purchasing and Operations Manager at JP Orleans, and the Purchasing Manager at John Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods. Pete also held the position of Corporate Purchasing & Systems Director at Legendary Communities. Earlier in their career, they were a Purchasing Manager at David Weekley Homes, Beazer Homes, and Regional Purchasing and Estimating Manager at McCar Homes. Pete is well-versed in the various aspects of purchasing within the homebuilding industry, making him a highly experienced professional in the field.
From 1993 to 1995, Pete Ramadanovic attended the Community College of the Air Force, where they studied Aeronautics/Aviation/Aerospace Science and Technology, specializing in the General field of study. However, no degree was specified for this period.
