Jaclyn Corbett

Customer Support Team Lead at medaptus

Jaclyn Corbett has a diverse work experience, starting in 2008 as an intern at the Defense Imagery Management Operations Center. From 2010 to 2013, they worked as a Supply Chain Management Client Training Specialist at Meditech- Medical Information Technology, Inc. Jaclyn then joined Medaptus in 2013 as an IT Project Manager, and later transitioned to the role of Customer Support Specialist from 2017 to 2022. During their time at Medaptus, they also served as a Release Manager, leading release planning and coordination efforts with various departments. Jaclyn is currently working as a Customer Support Team Lead at Medaptus, a role they began in 2022.

Jaclyn Corbett obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications-Public Relations & Communication and Culture from Westfield State University, where they studied from 2005 to 2009. Jaclyn also attended the University of Indianapolis: Athens Campus for a semester abroad in 2008. Prior to their university education, they received a high school diploma in General Studies from Turners Falls High School in 2005. In addition to their formal education, Jaclyn has also obtained certifications in various subjects such as Deep Work, Empathy at Work, and Leadership Stories from LinkedIn in January 2023.
