Paul Damjanov worked as a Bachelorand at Fraunhofer IPA where Paul wrote their thesis on developing a reference model for CPS-based production systems. Paul was a Student Teaching Assistant at TH Köln, assisting in Physics modules. During an internship at Testo SE & Co. KGaA, Paul worked on business process management and introduced agile project management. Medartis Holding AG is a Switzerland-based holding company of the Medartis Group, which is engaged in manufacturing medical devices and implants.
