Joel Lee is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in application development and systems analysis, currently serving as the Application Development Team Lead at Medavie Blue Cross since October 2011. Joel is skilled in system architecture, project estimation, and management, and has expertise in managing both onshore and offshore teams while providing leadership and mentoring.
