Carter Buchanan

Carter Buchanan is a Primary Care Paramedic at Medavie Health Services and Alberta Paramedical Services. With experience as a Weapons Technician in the Canadian Armed Forces, Carter also holds various roles in the Alberta Cheerleading Association.
