Michelle Wheaton-Blackmore

Michelle Wheaton-Blackmore is a seasoned professional in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Information System Analyst at Medavie since July 2023. With a strong foundation in total rewards strategies, Michelle has been a Total Rewards Specialist at Medavie Health Services since July 2021 and previously held the role of Compensation and Resource Consultant within the Medavie EMS group of companies from September 2009 to July 2021. Prior experience includes working as a Human Resources Administrator at the Halifax Regional School Board and as a Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot. Michelle holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resources Management from Nova Scotia Community College and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Sociology and Anthropology from Dalhousie University.
