Amy Elliott Arnold

Amy Elliott Arnold is an accomplished change management leader currently serving as the Director/Change Management Leader at Medavie since September 2023, where the focus is on providing change management thought leadership and executing strategic initiatives. Prior experience includes over a decade at Sun Life in various leadership roles, such as Director of Change Management, where expertise in Prosci/ADKAR methodology was employed, and Director of Change and Training, which supported a transition to an agile work environment.
