Jennifer Cordia has been working in the healthcare industry since 2003. Jennifer started at Mercy as the Executive Director of Emergency Medicine - East Communities in 2003. In 2011, they joined BJC HealthCare as the Chief Nursing Officer/Vice President of Patient Care. In this role, they were a member of the Executive Leadership team and provided comprehensive oversight, mentoring and support for all patient care and clinical services areas with 1800 FTE reporting including Emergency Medical Services. Jennifer also developed and implemented the Community Health Access Program as a sustainable platform for non-emergent acute care. In 2017, they became the Vice President Clinical Operations at MedAware Solutions, Inc. and also the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Ascension, where they organized system wide programs and initiatives to provide high quality safe and effective care across medical practices nationally. In 2018, they became the President/CEO of Next Jeneration Logistics and the Vice President Operations at Cebollero & Associates.
Jennifer Cordia obtained their Bachelor of Science Nursing from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 1992. Jennifer then obtained their Registered Nurse certification from the State Board of Missouri in 2003 and their Registered Nurse certification from the State of Missouri in 1993. In 2006, they earned their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Benedictine University with a focus in Business Administration and Management, General.
