Bethany Peters

Bethany Peters is an experienced professional currently serving as Client Services Manager for MedBen Rx since April 2015, overseeing the Account Management and Customer Service departments while training Account Representatives. Previously, Bethany held the position of Account Manager for MedBen TPA clients, directly working with clients, brokers, and vendors to tailor health plan benefits. Bethany began a career in the healthcare industry as a Customer Service Representative, assisting members and providers with inquiries. Prior to MedBen, Bethany gained valuable customer service experience at Olive Garden and held managerial roles at Arby's Restaurant Group. Bethany holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and an Associate's degree from The Ohio State University at Newark.
