Erika del Pozo, MOT, OTR, is an experienced Senior Clinical Program Manager and Patient Engagement Content Manager at MedBridge, serving since August 2021. Previously, Erika worked as a Pediatric Occupational Therapist at NOCO PEDIATRIC OT, LLC, and founded Joy Energy Time, LLC, a holistic wellness community for healthcare professionals, which focuses on enhancing personal growth and well-being. Erika has delivered several guest lectures and workshops on burnout prevention in healthcare, collaborating with organizations such as MedBridge Education, OccupationalTherapy.com, and AOTA. Erika holds a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and a Bachelor's degree in Dance, both from Nova Southeastern University.
