Jeremy Lai is a skilled professional in digital experience and innovation, currently serving as the Manager at Medcan since June 2023. Prior to this role, Jeremy worked at Roche from August 2018 to March 2023, where responsibilities included managing enterprise digital and IT transformation projects as a Digital Transformation Partner, overseeing patient support programs as a Patient Empowerment Partner, and contributing to various medical operations. Notable projects included the implementation of a global CRM system, a Salesforce-based digital marketing platform, and a mobile app for breast cancer patients. Jeremy holds a Master of Clinical Pharmacy and a Bachelor of Pharmacy from The University of Hong Kong.
