Stacey K. is an experienced Change Management professional with a comprehensive background in overseeing and implementing change initiatives across various organizations. Currently serving as Change Management Manager at Medcan since July 2023, Stacey is responsible for managing the execution of change initiatives and understanding stakeholder needs. Previously, as Change Lead at the Investment Management Corporation of Ontario and Change Management and Organizational Design Specialist at Day & Ross, Stacey supported complex change initiatives and fostered organizational competencies. Prior experiences include roles such as Change Management Specialist at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario and Manager of Change Management at OMERS, where Stacey successfully led transformative projects and change strategies. An early career at Oxford Properties Group involved managing accounts payable teams and implementing automation solutions. Stacey holds a Masters Certificate in Adult Training & Development from Schulich School of Business and a Diploma in Homeopathic Medicine & Health Sciences from the Ontario College of Homeopathic Medicine.
