Wade Chen

Wade Chen has over 20 years of experience in the medical technology industry, currently serving as Vice President at Medcaptain Medical Technology Co., Ltd since July 2020. Previously, Wade held the position of General Manager at Resvent Medical Technology Co., Ltd from October 2015 to January 2020, focusing on strategic planning, product life cycle management, and venture capital financing. Prior roles include Project Manager and System Engineer at Mindray, leading the SV300 Series Ventilator project, and Technology Research Manager at Beijing Aeonmed Ltd., where Wade was involved in core technology development for anaesthetic and respiratory equipment. Early in the career, Wade worked as a Software Engineer at Beijing Beyonder Technologies Co., Ltd, developing software for eye treatment equipment. Wade holds a Master's degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Beihang University and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Shenyang Institute of Aeronautical Engineering.
