Atef M.

Atef M. has a diverse work experience in human resources and operations management. They started their career as an HR Coordinator at Club Med in 2005 and later worked as a Health Services Coordinator at Dr. Sulaiman Al-Habib Medical Group in 2008. In 2009, they joined Prime Healthcare Group LLC as an Operations Manager. Atef then transitioned to the education sector and worked as an HR Manager at the American University in the Emirates from 2013 to 2017, where they handled strategic planning, high-performance work practices, and learning and development. Currently, Atef holds various roles at Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres, starting as an HR Manager in 2018 and progressing to the Senior HR Manager position in 2020. They are now the Head of Human Resources at the company.

Atef M. has a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Leicester. They also hold a Bachelor's degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Université de La Manouba. Atef M. has obtained a CIPD - Level 5 - HR Management qualification and is a member of both CIPD and SHRM. In addition, they have certifications as a Certified ISO 9001:2008 Internal Auditor from the Global Institute of Quality Management and as a Certified BLS Provider from the American Heart Institute.
