Dr.shanila Laiju

Dr. Shanila Laiju has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Dr.Shanila started their career at Aster DM Healthcare in 2003, where they held various positions such as Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Hospital Administrator. Dr.Shanila worked at Aster DM Healthcare until 2008. In the same year, they joined Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres as a Hospital Administrator. Over the years, they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer and then Chief Executive Officer. Currently, Dr. Shanila Laiju holds the position of Group Chief Executive Officer at Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres.

Dr. Shanila Laiju completed their Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Manipal Academy of Higher Education, where they studied from 1988 to 1993. Prior to that, they attended Indian School Kuwait from 1976 to 1988. Later, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from the Indian Institute of Business Management & Studies.
