Mohamed Elhassan

Mohamed Elhassan is an orthopedic and trauma surgery resident and research fellow at Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centres since October 2023. Responsibilities include leading research projects in orthopedic surgery, conducting literature reviews, data collection and analysis, and contributing to manuscript preparation for peer-reviewed journals. Prior to this role, Mohamed served as an assistant lecturer at Ibn Sina University from July 2021 to April 2023, organizing teaching sessions and conducting rounds for medical students. Additionally, a medical intern at the Federal Ministry of Health - Sudan, Mohamed rotated through major departments, providing healthcare and enhancing clinical efficiency. Experience also includes working as a medical interpreter at Propio Language Services, facilitating communication for limited English proficient patients. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from National Ribat University, completed in December 2020.
