Kemi Olaleye-Anku

Kemi Olaleye-Anku has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in Human Resources and administration. Kemi is currently the Human Resources Lead at medcase, starting in April 2021. Prior to this, they worked as a Human Resources Coordinator at St. Joseph's Home Care from August 2018 to January 2021.

In 2018, Kemi worked as a Talent Acquisition Coordinator at Great-West Life, where they focused on improving the candidate experience through the interview process and sourcing and liaising with vendors for the acquisition of an Applicant Tracking System.

Kemi also has experience in HR and learning operations at Apotex Inc. as an HR Learning Operations - Contract from 2017 to 2018, where they managed training rosters and records management policies.

Before that, they worked as an Administrator at RCCG from September 2015 to April 2017, and as an S&P Data Sales Representative at SP from August 2014 to September 2015.

Furthermore, Kemi's experience includes a Talent Management Internship at Hamilton Health Sciences in 2014, where they assisted in developing HR processes and an Employee Discount Initiative Program.

Kemi also served as a Human Resource Coordinator at The Slum2School Project from September 2012 to August 2013, where they successfully managed projects and developed recruitment and performance measurement strategies for volunteers.

Their earlier roles include working as a School Secretary at Lekki British International High School from October 2010 to August 2012 and as a Personal Assistant at UsefulVisitors from January 2010 to August 2010.

Kemi Olaleye-Anku (CHRP) completed their education history with a focus on Human Resource Management at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language from the University of Ilorin, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Kemi Olaleye-Anku has also obtained several certifications. Kemi completed the "HR as a Business Partner" and "Understanding Business" courses from LinkedIn in May 2020. In December 2014, they became a Certified Human Resource Professional through HRPA. In May 2013, they also became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria.
