Kemi Olaleye-Anku has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in Human Resources and administration. Kemi is currently the Human Resources Lead at medcase, starting in April 2021. Kemi Olaleye-Anku (CHRP) completed their education history with a focus on Human Resource Management at Mohawk College in Hamilton, Ontario from 2013 to 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in English Language from the University of Ilorin, where they studied from 2004 to 2008.

In addition to their formal education, Kemi Olaleye-Anku has also obtained several certifications. Kemi completed the "HR as a Business Partner" and "Understanding Business" courses from LinkedIn in May 2020. In December 2014, they became a Certified Human Resource Professional through HRPA. In May 2013, they also became an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management in Nigeria.
