Kenji Fujiwara

Kenji Fujiwara began their work experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Johns Hopkins Medicine in May 2015 and ended in June 2019. From July 2019 to March 2021, they worked as a Gastrointestinal surgeon at Sada Hospital. In April 2021, Kenji worked as a Gastrointestinal surgeon at Ashiya Central Hospital until March 2022. In August 2021, they served as a Medical translator at Exfluency and later as a Medical Consultant at medcase from November 2021. In March 2022, Kenji became a member of the Japan Medical Team for Disaster Relief at the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA). Kenji then worked as a Collaborative medical science researcher at Kyushu University from April 2020. Additionally, in May 2022, Kenji started working as a Medical translator at PPD and became an Academic editor at the Public Library of Science (PLOS) in July 2022.

Kenji Fujiwara's education history begins in 2010 when they attended Kyushu University, where they obtained a degree in Medicine. Kenji completed their studies in 2013 and earned the title of Doctor. Additionally, Kenji Fujiwara has obtained various certifications, including being a Board Certified doctor of the Japanese Board of Cancer Therapy, a Board Certified doctor for surgical treatment of gastrointestinal cancer, a Gastrointestinal surgeon certified by The Japanese Society of Gastroenterological Surgery, and an Infection control doctor certified by ICD制度協議会 Infection-control-doctor seido-kyogika. Furthermore, in 2010, they obtained the certification of being a Board Certified Surgeon from the Japan Surgical Society.
