Marsha Hoover

Marsha Hoover has an extensive work experience in the healthcare industry. Marsha worked at OhioHealth from 2015 until their retirement in 2022, where they held the positions of Director of Risk Management for OhioHealth Mansfield and Shelby hospitals and Manager of Nursing Excellence. Prior to this, they worked at MedCentral Health System for a long period of time, starting in 1977. During their time at MedCentral, they held various roles including ICU charge nurse, Nurse Manager for Home Care and Hospice, Risk Management Coordinator, and Director of Risk Management/Compliance Officer. Marsha'scareer spans over multiple decades and showcases their expertise in risk management, nursing management, and leadership roles.

Marsha Hoover completed their Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from The Ohio State University from 1986 to 1991. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business at Ashland University from 1998 to 2001.
