Jami Krause

Jami Krause has extensive experience in admissions and customer service, currently serving as a Senior Admissions Advisor at MedCerts since July 2020, where previous roles included Admissions Advisor and Regional Workforce Manager. Prior to this, Jami worked as an Admissions Specialist at Learning Care Group from October 2018 to May 2020 and held various admissions positions at Dream Center Education Holdings, LLC, Ross Education, LLC, and Corinthian Colleges, Inc. Jami began the career in education as a Substitute Teacher with Professional Educational Services Group, LLC, achieving the status of preferred substitute and full-time building substitute at Dexter Schools. Early career experience includes a Customer Service Team Lead position at Best Buy, where Jami was cross-trained in multiple departments and assisted in employee training. Jami holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Eastern Michigan University.
