Mandi Ingo M.Ed.

Mandi Ingo M.Ed. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Mandi is currently working at MedCircle as the Chief Operating Officer and Director of MedCircle@Work. Prior to that, they were the Director of Education and Development for the MCE Initiative at MedCircle.

Before joining MedCircle, Mandi worked as a Health Wellness Coach at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Mandi used their personal experience overcoming health setbacks to guide and support individuals in achieving holistic wellness and healing.

Mandi also has experience in freelance marketing and creative services. Mandi worked as a freelance marketer and utilized their skills to help clients in their marketing efforts.

As the Executive Director of NoStigmas, Mandi was responsible for growing the organization's structure, funding, marketing strategy, and social presence. Mandi used a combination of high-level executive functioning and empathetic artistic components to appeal to different target audiences.

At Adventure Works of DeKalb County, Inc., Mandi held the role of Marketing and Outreach Coordinator. Mandi built community and donor relations and organized annual campaigns and fundraisers. Mandi also had input in program growth and collaborated on various projects related to marketing and outreach, content creation and design, and social media and campaign development implementation.

Mandi's work experience also includes being the Program Director at Alive Center Naperville, where they oversaw program operations. In addition, they worked as a Teacher/Administrator at TRS, where they excelled in traditional teaching strategies and held various administration and leadership roles, including Secondary Science Educator.

Mandi Ingo M.Ed. earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, General from Aurora University, where they studied from 1998 to 2005. Mandi later pursued further education and obtained a Master of Education - MEd in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from Benedictine University Graduate, Adult and Professional Education, completing the program from 2007 to 2009.
