Marco Carulli has over a decade of experience in IT support and management, currently serving as the IT Enterprise Service Desk Manager at MEDCO Tool since June 2015, where supervision includes a Help Desk Support team of seven. Prior roles include IT Support Manager at Ready Pac Foods, Inc., Desktop Support Lead at SAI Global, and various positions at TEKsystems, CFG Health Systems, Quickie Mfg., and NFI. Marco Carulli holds an ITIL Foundation certification from New Horizons and a Desktop Support Manager Certification from the Help Desk Institute.
