Niki Cromes

Niki Cromes is currently the Director of Revenue Integrity at Medcom Solutions. With extensive experience in hospital/physician practice revenue cycle consulting projects, Niki has a proven track record of leading projects from initiation to close, engaging with clients' leadership teams, and developing customized proposals. Niki is proficient in data analytical tools, financial modeling, and data analytics utilizing SQL, Tableau, and MS Access. Prior to Medcom Solutions, Niki held positions at Cleveland Clinic, including Institute Finance Director and roles in project management, contract analysis, and supply chain management. Niki holds an MBA in Health Care Administration from Cleveland State University and a BS in Management and Finance from Case Western Reserve University.
