Christopher Gingras has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Christopher also held positions as a Captain in the Massachusetts Air National Guard, a Firefighter at the Somers Fire Department, and the Vice President of Healthcare Compliance and Business Ethics at MCRA. Gingras's earlier professional history includes the role of Chief Compliance Officer at Baystate Health, Manager at Ernst & Young, and Claims Auditor at Oxford HealthCare.

Christopher Gingras has a diverse education history. Christopher completed their Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of New Hampshire from 1992 to 1995. Christopher then pursued a Masters in Business Administration at Rice University from 1998 to 2000, with a focus on Business. In 2011, Christopher obtained a Graduate Certificate in Pharmaceutical and Medical Device Law & Compliance from Seton Hall University School of Law. Lastly, from 2015 to 2017, they attended the U.S. Naval War College, where they earned a Diploma from the College of Naval Command and Staff College of Distance Education, specializing in Joint Professional Military Education Phase 1.
