Scott Kantenwein, AIC, AIS has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Scott began their career as an Underwriting/Claims Department Records Management Clerk at Kemper Comp Insurance Co. in 1986. After that, they worked as a Pinellas County Emergency Medical Technician, followed by the role of a Nationally Registered Paramedic and Field Training Officer at Pinellas County Government.

In 1997, Scott joined Medcor as a Triage Call Center Operations Manager and progressively moved up the ladder. Scott is currently pursuing an Associate in Claims and Associates in Insurance from The Institutes, which is scheduled to be completed in 2022. Scott plans to further their education at UCLA Extension in 2023-2024 to obtain a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management. Alongside their education, Scott has also obtained an Associate in Insurance and an Associate in Claims certification from The Institutes in 2022.
