Brian Bollich is currently a Partner at MedCore Partners where Brian directs strategic initiatives and manages important business relationships with healthcare executives and capital partners. Prior to this, Brian worked as a Vice President at The Cirrus Group, LLC, where Brian closed on nineteen healthcare real estate assets totaling over $140 million. Brian has experience in sourcing and underwriting projects, negotiating agreements, and analyzing financial statements. Brian also has a background in real estate valuation and market analysis from their time at Hein + Associates, LLP. Their educational background includes a BBA in Finance and a MLERE in Real Estate Finance and Investments from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
