Sheena Liu

Sheena Liu has over 15 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Sheena began their career in 2004 as the Founder and CEO of PhiloCode. In 2008, they joined Philips as a Team Lead for Healthcare Economics and Internal Strategic Consulting and a Senior Scientist for Big Data, AI, Clinical Decision Support, and Informatics. Sheena then served as a Board Member on the Editorial Board of the IEEE EMBS (Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society) from 2009 to 2013. In 2013, they became the Director of Informatics and Health Economics at Boehringer Ingelheim. Most recently, Sheena has served as the Co-Founder and CEO of MedeboundHEALTH since 2015. In this role, they have executed contracts with the world's largest insurance companies and reached a total of more than 2+ million VIP clients.

Sheena Liu has a PhD in Biomedical Informatics from Columbia University, course study in MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science (MS) in Computer Science from University of Connecticut, and a Medical Degree from Western China Medical College, which is one of the nation's top 3 hospitals.
