Benoit Loop currently serves as the Human Resources Director at Médecins du Monde Belgique since February 2023. Previously, Benoit held the position of Human Resources Director at ALIMA from July 2019 to September 2022 and worked as a Program Coordinator for Enabel from October 2015 to June 2019, focusing on public health initiatives. Benoit's extensive background in human resources includes roles at Médecins Sans Frontières, where responsibilities spanned from HR Coordinator in Kinshasa to Operational HR Coordinator overseeing a team of HR Officers. Benoit also held positions in finance and administration throughout various missions in different countries. Benoit holds a degree in Management from Université catholique de Louvain and a DEC in European politics and economics from Université libre de Bruxelles.

Thence, we act for the outcasts, the homeless, the illegal aliens and whoever know difficulties in our country. Doctors of the world drives act with his international network during emergencies, but the NGO drives mainly development programs. The association maintains its activities beyond the crises to participate in the effort of reconstruction of a country. On site, the training of medical teams, and the links with the local partners, guarantee the follow-up of the long-term projects.
