Ana Martins de Andrade

Ana Martins de Andrade is currently serving as the HR Finance Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since January 2025, where responsibilities include managing Finance and Human Resources within a project, ensuring compliance, and overseeing project closure. Prior experience at Shell includes leadership roles as HR Advice Team Lead for both Latin America and Brazil, as well as a Senior Advisor for HR management across the region. Earlier in the career, Ana held positions such as Social Investments Analyst at Shell Brasil Petróleo Ltda., and intern roles at Hess Corporation and Stefanini, focusing on project management, budget tracking, and HR performance measurement. Ana holds a Bachelor of Psychology from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Veiga de Almeida.
