Birhanu Muchie

Birhanu Muchie is an experienced logistics and supply chain professional with a solid background in humanitarian operations. Currently serving as Logistics Team Leader and Supply Chain Manager at Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) since December 2022, Birhanu previously held various roles within the organization from March 2017 to October 2022, including Logadmin Manager and Logistics Manager. Prior experience includes serving as Roving Logistician at GOAL Global from September 2012 to March 2017, and Financial Management Team Leader at ABCon from June 2010 to September 2012. Birhanu began a career in accounting as Senior Accountant at Ethio-Canadian Business Group from February 2007 to June 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Lead Star University, completed in 2016-2018, and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from Addis Ababa University, earned in 2004-2006.
