Jeferson Manhaes

Jeferson Manhaes is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project and personnel management, particularly within the domains of innovation and digital transformation. Currently serving as the Personnel & L&D Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières in Gaza and the West Bank since March 2024, Jeferson previously held significant roles at KPMG Brazil, overseeing 16 digital solutions and leading multidisciplinary teams to implement transformative change. Jeferson's previous experiences include leading innovation initiatives at companies such as TOTVS and Okay Doc, as well as consulting for Banco Carrefour and managing international relations for the Rio 2016 Olympic and Paralympic Games. Educational qualifications include two master's degrees, one focused on sustainable innovation and the other on international relations, supplemented by a bachelor's degree in International Business Management.
