Mohamed Elsonbaty Ramadan, MSc, is the founder of SciComm-AI, an initiative focused on integrating Generative Artificial Intelligence into science journalism and communication, currently training professionals globally. With extensive experience as a science journalist, having published over 700 articles in renowned international outlets, Ramadan also serves as a science communication consultant and guest lecturer at various universities. Contributions to science communication have been recognized through the co-founding of the Arab Forum for Science, Media and Communication and work with international organizations and media outlets. Additionally, Ramadan has held editorial roles with Médecins Sans Frontières and has developed impactful science outreach projects, reinforcing the importance of effective science communication. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Science Communication and Public Engagement from The University of Edinburgh and a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences from Alexandria University.
