Sofia Derpich Feliciangeli is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in project management and HRIS implementation. Currently serving as an HR Program Manager for Médecins Sans Frontières since May 2022, Sofia leads a multi-year project focused on a new HRIS solution. Prior experience includes over thirteen years at Cargill, where roles spanned HR Project Manager, HR Process Analyst, HR Payroll Project Lead, HR Operations Lead, Payroll & Data Management Supervisor, and Payroll & Data Management Specialist. Notable achievements involve coordinating significant payroll and HR initiatives across multiple European countries, optimizing processes, and providing training and support to teams. Sofia holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from the University of Geneva and a Bachelor's degree in Economic History from the same institution.
