Lanie Santos

Lanie Santos is an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager with extensive experience in managing client deliverables and overseeing multiple projects in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Since October 2017, Lanie has been with Medecision, and prior roles include Quality Assurance Lead at Turnberry Solutions, Senior Associate at LiquidHub, and Sr Test Lead/QA Manager at IMS Health, where responsibilities included creating test plans, strategies, and managing QA artifacts across various applications. Lanie's experience also encompasses roles at Cigna, Radial Inc., Maxwell Systems, GSI Commerce, Aetna US Healthcare, and Sanchez Computer Associates, showcasing a strong background in test execution, resource allocation, and configuration management. Lanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines, earned between 1988 and 1993.
