Site Reliability Engineer at Medecision

Luke Snavely has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role at Medecision as a Product Reliability Engineer since September 2022. Before that, they worked at Medecision as an Application Support Analyst II from December 2021 to September 2022. Prior to joining Medecision, Luke was employed by ALLIANT SYSTEMS, LTD. from May 2018 to December 2021, where they served as a Technical Support Representative. In this role, Luke traveled across North America as a project manager, implementing and training users on specialized software for the Independent Textile Rental Industry. Luke was responsible for problem-solving, providing support to approximately 200 clients, and training new hires and clients through individual coaching. Luke also collaborated with technical, applications, and operational staff to ensure database integrity and security, and performed Microsoft SQL database administration on a daily basis. Luke's early work experience includes a role as a Student Technician at the Texas A&M Transportation Institute from May 2014 to May 2016. In this position, they assisted with software installation, configuration, and documentation, as well as troubleshooting software issues and configuring new workstations.

Luke Snavely obtained a Bachelor's degree in Technology Management from Texas A&M University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018.
