Gray Hancock

Gray Hancock has extensive experience in business development and operations within the healthcare and technology sectors. Hancock's career includes roles as Director of Business Development at Houston Technology Center and COO for Boehringer Ingelheim's companion animal digital health division, where strategic direction and operational management were key focuses. As Co-Founder and COO of Decisio Health, Hancock contributed to the development of a clinical decision support platform, ultimately serving on the board following its acquisition by Airstrip. Current positions include Interim COO and Executive Advisor at Medefy Health, alongside an Entrepreneur in Residence role at UTHealth Houston. Academic credentials include a BS in Biology from Washington and Lee University, an MBA from Rice University, and an MPH from UTHealth Houston.
