Lyle Manchik

Lyle Manchik is the President of Manchik Capital Management since July 2011, where the company engages with the complexities of franchise management within the McDonald's system. Lyle also serves as a Business Consultant and Director for Medelita, LLC, contributing to the startup's strategy in the healthcare apparel sector and successfully securing significant investor funding. Previously, Lyle operated seven McDonald's restaurants from 1970 to 1998, leading a management team and maintaining high performance standards with low employee turnover. Early experiences as a teacher in Chicago and Evanston public schools involved instructing at-risk youth. Lyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Education and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
