Anaii Ceja possesses extensive experience in customer support and operations, currently serving as Associate Manager of Customer Support at Medely since April 2020, after progressing from Team Lead and Customer Support Associate roles. Prior to Medely, Anaii worked as an Inside Sales professional at Crème Collective from August 2017 to March 2020 and as an Office Operations Coordinator at Career Movement from August 2015 to August 2017. Anaii holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from California State University, Fullerton.
