Amanda Vermillion

Amanda Vermillion is a Partner at Reign Capital Holdings. She previously served as Vice President of both Strategic Planning and Accounting at Templar Energy from 2013 to 2019. Prior to joining Templar Energy, Vermillion was an Audit Manager at Grant Thornton, one of the world’s leading audit, tax and advisory firms. In her eight years with Grant Thornton, she served clients in numerous industries including oil and gas, midstream petroleum marketing and distribution, manufacturing, non-profits and others. Her experience includes initial public offerings, quarterly and annual public filings and integrated audits of financial statements and internal controls.
