David Le Norman

David is the founder and managing partner of Reign Capital Holdings. In addition, Mr. Le Norman has served for three decades in the energy industry, and his experiences range from various engineering and business development roles with Texaco, to creating and carrying out successful build and monetization strategies across multiple companies: Crusader Energy Corporation, Crusader II, Crusader III, White River Energy LLC, TLP Energy LLC, Le Norman Partners LLC, Le Norman Energy Corp, Knight Energy Group, and Knight II.

Mr. Le Norman also serves as chairman of the Petroleum Alliance of Oklahoma and vice chair on the OERB’s board of directors.

David holds a B.S. in petroleum engineering from the University of Wyoming, and completed master’s work in chemical engineering at Oklahoma State University and an M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University.
