Rene van de Zande

Rene van de Zande is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the healthcare and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as Co-Founder, Partner, and Chief Commercial Officer at MedEnvoy Global BV since September 2020, Rene leads efforts to support manufacturers of medical devices and IVDs in navigating European regulations. Concurrently, Rene is the Principal at Zeeland Ventures, focusing on management buy-outs and M&A. As a Board Member and Investor at OrganiCare, LLC and bulb Digital Portfolios, and a minority owner of Austin Bold FC, Rene also engages in various investment ventures. Previous roles include founder and partner at Micren Healthcare, and managing director at Emergo by UL. Rene holds a Post Graduate Degree in International Relations and Economics from Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies and a Doctorandus, MA in Contemporary History from Radboud University.
