Josh Smith is currently serving as the Services & Development Manager at Medequip Assistive Technology Limited since June 2023. Prior to this role, Josh held the position of Customer Support Lead at Plumbworld from June 2021 to June 2023 and served as Contact Centre Manager at Granby from February 2016 to June 2021. In addition to these roles, Josh was selected as a Support Judge for the North West England division of the UK National Contact Centre Awards in January 2017. Previously, Josh worked as UK Customer Service Manager at JYSK from July 2015 to February 2016, and spent several years at Granby in various customer service roles, starting as a Customer Service Apprentice in October 2010. Educational qualifications include A-Levels in English Language, Law, Sociology, and Criminology from St Mary's College and GCSEs from Accrington Moorhead High School.
