Sadaf Zafar's work experience includes roles such as an IT Business Analyst at MEDFAR Clinical Solutions since December 2021. Sadaf Zafar's education history begins in 1996 when they attended Esena Foundation and obtained a Matric degree in Science in 1998. Following that, they enrolled in Lahore College for Women University from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Fsc with a focus on Maths, Statistics, and Economics.

From 2000 to 2004, Sadaf continued their education at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences, obtaining a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science.

In terms of additional certifications, Sadaf obtained the "INS 21 - Property and Liability Insurance Principles" certification from the American Institute for Chartered Property Casualty Underwriters in November 2011. In December 2011, they also obtained the "Ethics 311 - Ethical Guidelines for Insurance" certification from the same institute.

More recently, Sadaf acquired the "Salesforce Certified Administrator (SCA)" certification from Salesforce in March 2023.
