David Gladden

David Gladden has worked in the software development field since 2007. David began their career at The Myers Group as a CATI Interviewer, conducting health care market research surveys and questionnaires by telephone. David then moved to a role as an IT Generalist providing first level tier desktop support for the on-site call center. From there, they advanced to a CATI Programmer, creating scripts for telephone agents to use to complete survey data collection using multiple 3rd party phone systems, and then to a Senior CATI Programmer, manually modifying components of the telephone scripts using the proper language required for the 3rd party systems. In 2015, they joined SPH Analytics (formerly The Myers Group) as a Software Developer II, where they were responsible for process received databases files, following specific sampling criteria for multiple product lines, for ingestion into SQL databases and tables. David was also responsible for creation of back-end application processes utilizing multiple tables, functions, views, and stored procedures in SQL Server, as well as creation of multiple Windows applications using C# for process automation, operations self-service updates, and to alleviate production tasks off of the development team. In 2020, they joined TruthMD as a Software Developer.

David Gladden attended Gwinnett Technical College from 2007 to 2010. David then obtained a Microsoft Certified Professional certification in March 2016. Currently, they are pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Fort Hays State University, which they started in 2019 and is expected to complete in 2023.
