Rensto Paul

Rensto Paul has over 8 years of work experience. Rensto began their career in 2012 as an Avionics Technician at Pawan Hans Helicopters Ltd. (PHHL). In 2013, they joined Serco as a Sr. Customer Service Representative. In 2016, they moved to CapriCoast.com as an Operations Manager, which was acquired by Homelane.com. Rensto then worked as Manager - HomeLane Care from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, they joined Livspace as a Category Operations and Escalations Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Medfin as a Business Strategy and Category Manager since 2021.

Rensto Paul completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing and HR from Bangalore University between 2014 and 2016. Prior to that, they obtained a B.Sc in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering from Singhania University between 2009 and 2012, with a focus on Avionics.
