Mhrer Matt Hobbs

Matt Hobbs has extensive work experience in Human Resources, spanning over multiple companies and positions. Matt most recently held the role of Vice President Human Resources at MedFlight, starting in April 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Human Resources at Interim HealthCare RMC from January 2022 to April 2023. Matt'slongest tenure was at I Am Boundless, Inc., where they worked as the Human Resources Director from May 2004 to January 2022. In this role, they played a crucial role in the company's development as a management corporation for other not-for-profit agencies throughout Ohio. Additionally, they were responsible for annual budgets, personnel forecasting, staffing plans, and negotiating benefit plan changes. Before that, they started their HR career at Heinzerling Foundation as an HR Coordinator from June 2003 to May 2004.

Matt Hobbs, MHRER, SHRM-SCP completed their Master's degree in Human Resources & Employment Relations from Penn State World Campus from 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, they attended Miami University from 1996 to 2000, where they obtained their bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication / HR Management.
