Shay Dalton is the Managing Partner at Steering Point and the Founding Director at Medforce Recruitment. Shay is also the Founder & Chair of Lincoln Recruitment Specialists and the Founder & Host of The 1% Podcast. Additionally, Shay is the Founder of the Irish Early Career Awards and has a background in consultancy and financial analysis. Shay holds a Master of Science in Psychological Science and is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants.
